In this nostalgic title from Ruthven Todd which was originally published in the 1950s, Space Cat and the Kittens follows the interstellar adventures of a kitten adopted by a space program captain. The final installment in this amusing four-part series of illustrated children’s science fiction stories details Flyball’s mission to Alpha Centauri to seek out places where humans can live.  He's accompanied by his pilot buddy, Colonel Fred Stone, and his kittens, Marty and Tailspin.  They encounter iguanadons, pterodactyls, tyrannosauri, and a plethora of other prehistoric creatures.
