Description

Starmus: Beyond the Horizon contains 26 talks by the Starmus speakers, dedicated to Stephen Hawking, taking us from the origins of the Universe at the Big Bang, through the rise of life, and on to man's creative impulse, the management of the planet, and its post-human future.

In 2016 at the Starmus festival, for the first time, the world of science gathered together on Tenerife and La Palma in the Canary Islands to celebrate Stephen Hawking's life and pay homage to this extraordinary man.

The opening chapter is by Stephen himself...a revealing and typically humorous account of this life, entitled A Brief History of Mine.
